Redrawn interpretation of Red Lucy, caretaker of The Thorn, in Fallout New Vegas.
She's like the sexiest character in the game in my opinion. Since her name is Red Lucy, I thought it would make sense to give her a red bounty hunter duster. Her hair is a faded red because I'm sure she dyed her hair red and it had faded away. Also, there is no such thing as someone naturally born with red red hair and eyebrows, so that's why I consider her hair dyed and her eyebrows naturally lightish brown. One more thing, I'm pretty sure she would have big boobs too.
